Refund policy

All sales are final.

Clarity Vault products are digital files delivered the moment you pay. Because a download cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once an order is complete.

But you are not on your own. If a file is broken, will not open, is missing, or is not what was described, email us and a real person will fix it or send you a working copy — fast. Getting you the thing you paid for is the whole job.

If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will put it right.

Note: consumer law in some countries gives buyers a right to withdraw from a digital purchase unless they agree to waive it when the download begins. Have this page reviewed for the jurisdictions you sell into before launch.
